
This morning, a man named Jeffrey Simon Hubbard was indicted by a Grand Jury in Hall County, Georgia. He was indicted for Homicide by Vessel, Serious Injury by Vessel, as well as Reckless Operation of a Vessel.
Hubbard is currently being held without bail and reportedly should be in front of a judge this weekend of the death of the 11-year-old son of Tameka Raymond and her ex-husband Ryan Glover.
According to TMZ, a Grand Jury in Hall County indicted Jeffrey Simon Hubbard for operating a jet ski irresponsibly and causing the accident that left Kile brain dead and a 16-year-old girl injured on Lake Lanier in July 2012.
Kile was taken off life support and pronounced dead at an Atlanta Children’s hospital on July 21st, 3 weeks after the accident.
Also injured in the accident was the teenage daughter of Peaches Chin, co-owner of TAGS Boutique, who suffered a broken arm.
He is being held without bail.
