After arriving at World Trade Center a few mornings ago, I decided to snatch up one of the free papers alongside the Memorial drapings. A long walk ahead, I spread the paper and begin my partial exercise known as “The Commute”. Barely looking up for Pedestrians, I honestly didn’t expect to stumble across much of anything. After about three of four turns and a few stares, I stumbled upon a very small article in the lower right-hand corner. The picture of a seemingly estranged male caught my eye. As I read on, I realized the article was about Rudy Eugene, who had been caught in an act of Cannibalism over Memorial Day Weekend in Miami. There, they reported that after tests had been run in Eugene’s system, that there was only Marijuana present; despite Eugene’s admittance to consuming what is known as “Bath Salts”.
Here is where I may have skipped a step or two.
Are they indirectly reporting that Marijuana consumption would provoke such an act?
This is somewhat extreme. Is this written under the side effects of Medical Marijuana? The one thing that has helped many people all over the world, in the form of tea or through inhalation and possibly other ways I am unaware of.
Whether prescribed by a “Doctor” or not, Marijuana has been known to do many things from reducing migraines to promoting Peace.
What “Marijuana” did they find that would have even struck a bit of violence or energy for that matter?!
Why is it that the Media tries to convince us all of things that are actually beneficial for the people are malicious in nature?
I personally gave that finding the side-eye.
How about you ?
