Chris Bosh is probably still sulking over his teams’Â loss to the Mavericks in the NBA Playoffs and now he has a lawsuit to contend with. The Mother of Bosh’ child and former girlfriend Allison Mathis filed a suit on Monday in Orange County Circuit Court in Orlando. Mathis feels that Bosh sabotaged her employment with “Basketball Wives”, as she was slated to appear on this season. The suit alleges that Bosh “intentionally, knowingly, maliciously and without justification interfered” with her employment and got the production company to fire her.
Bosh sued Mathis and Shed Media in May, saying they were trying to use her former relationship with Bosh for “commercial gain.”
Mathis’ attorney, Jane Carey, said: “Ms. Mathis was employed to appear on this season of the reality TV series ‘Basketball Wives.’ Chris Bosh is using his vast money and all of the power that comes from his wealth and celebrity to silence her.”
