23-year-old Arika Felder of Plainfield, N.J. took it upon herselfÂ to park her car accross three northboundÂ lanesÂ during rush hour, stopping traffic by exit 109 on the Garden State Parkway earlier this week.
After Ms. Felder got out of car she began to flash drivers passing by.Â Once a state trooper approached her, she ran back to her car and proceeded to drag the officer with her for about 20 yards until she crashed into a concrete barrier.
The flashing floozy was apprehended and moments after the crash and taken to a psychiatric hospital.Â She is being charged with aggravated assault on a trooper, eluding and resisting arrest. Neither Felder or the trooper were seriously injured.
Felder wasn’t hurt, but was committed to a state psychiatric facility. She’s charged with aggravated assault on a trooper, eluding and resisting arrest.
