If this isn’t child abuse I don’t know what is! 2 year old Ardi Rizal, from Sumatra is puffing away in this video better than most adults 10 times his age. He’s been smoking for about 6 months now and his parents say he’s addicted. (Duh!) … They claim he cries and throws tantrums when they don’t let him smoke and that he’s up to 2 packs a day!
