Corey Haim (famous from his roles in “Lost Boys & Silver Bullet” along with his friendship with Corey Feldman) has died, Los Angeles Police confirmed to TV station Ktla. He was only 38 years. Police say it is believed the actor, who shot to fame in the ’80s and had a long history of substance-abuse problems, died at 3:30 a.m. this morning (Wednesday March 10, 2010) due to an accidental overdose. Haim reportedly was found unresponsive at his apartment. His mother was allegedly with him at the time. He was pronounced dead Providence St. Joseph’s Medical Center in California.
