Yesterday these cyber streets were buzzing with the news that producer, Teddy Riley, beat his two daughters Taja and Deja with a Rock Band game guitar. Well the plot has thickened… Today Teddy hit the twitter scene and said he’ll do it again.
Now his Twitter page has magically disappeared.
Daughter, Taja, has successfully obtained a restraining order against her father after the December 23rd incident. TMZ reports:
Teddy’s 18-year-old daughter Taja Riley was granted a temporary restraining order against her dad — claiming 43-year-old Teddy abused her and her older sister by “stomping, punching and bashing them” in his L.A. home on December 23.
In the documents, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Taja claims at one point Teddy, “lifted a Rock Band guitar and threatened to kill person(s) w/ it.”
Taja claims she suffered several injuries in the alleged altercation — including “bashes to temple, contusion on face” and “pain in knee.”
Teddy has been ordered to stay 100 yards away from Taja. The next hearing is set for January.
(These bruises look a bit suspect to me)
I’m all for handling your children appropriately, but an all out ass whooping is a bit much. Well at least he admitted it though. That’s much more than most people would do. Best of luck to them in this messy situation.
